2. Pack it up, please include all pertinent available paperwork, cookies are nice too, and don’t forget to include contact information the return shipping address if needed.

3. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box and ship (use a trackable shipping service) to:

We’ll replace, or refund your purchase upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If replacing we will re-ship the items to you via ground service free of charge. If you would like expedited shipping our standard rates apply.
